– Northen Braves has declared a 13 member squad for their game against Auckland which includes Captain and Allrounder Brooke Halliday who will play her 1st game this season.
– Kate Anderson and Brooke Halliday will open the innings. Both are very good Allrounder and will be crusial with both bat and bowl.
– Sam Barriball or Lucy Boucher and Kaitlin Gurrey will bat next. Sam Barriball scored 39 in previous game but played very slow. Gurrey is named in the squad and is an experienced player with over 1600 t20 runs.
– Nensi Patel, Templeton and Wicket Keeper Annie Ewart will bat in the middle order.
– Charlotte Sarsfield is an off spinner and will be the lead spinner of team.
– Emma Baker, Nensi Patel, Kayley Knight, Brooke Halliday and Kate Anderson will lead the pace bowling.

– Auckland Hearts who will be playing their 1st game of the season have declared a 13-member swuad for their opening encounter against Northern Braves. Team will be led by Lauren Down.
– Anna Peterson and Lauren Down will open the innings. Peterson has been excellent with both bat and bowl over the years while Lauren Down has been consistent in her Batting.
– Katie Perkins will bat at 1 down followed by Bella Armstrong at 4. Both will play a key rile in middle order as they are quite experienced.
– Holly Huddleston will bat in middle followed by Skye Bowden and Wicket Keeper Sarah Carnachan.
– Anna Peterson and Fran Jones will lead the spin attack. Anna with off spin and Jones with her left arm spin
