– The Central hinds are performing poor so far, they have lost all 3 of the games so far, last game team lost was due to some extraordinary hitting by Lee Tahuhu at the death.
– Young batter Cate Pederson has been added to the 13 member squad and can get a game.
– For the Hinds Natalie Dodd and Jess Watkin will open. Both have good domestic record, especially Watkin who is excellent with both bat and bowl. Dodd scored 52 last game.
– Emily Cunningham and Hannah Rowe will be important in the middle. Emily scored 58 in an ODD game earlier this month. Both however have failed with bat so far this season.
– Mikaela Greig, Georgia Atkinson and Kerry Tomlinson will handle the lower middle order. Both Mikaela and Atkinson are handy with ball as well. Greig smashed 36 of 26 balls last game.
– Jess Watkin, Ocean Bartlett and Georgia Atkinson will lead the spin attack. Atkinson Haven’t bowled in any of the game.
– Rosemary Mair, Hannah Rowe, Claudia Green and Melissa Hansen will be responsible for the pace bowling of Central Hinds.

– Otago Sparks has won all their 3 games this season so far and are in excellent touch. They will look for their 4th victory of season against the weak Central Hinds.
– Suzie Bates and Polly Inglis will open the innings. Bates no doubt is one of the greatest of women’s cricketers and scored 64 and 76 in 1st 2 games. Inglis scored run a ball 31 last game.
– Katey Martin will bat at 1 down. Katey will also lead the team and will keep the Wickets. Kate Ebrahim and Caitlin Blakely will follow Martin.
– Sophie Oldershaw will lead the spin attack. Have taken 5 Wickets in 3 games so far.
– Kate Ebrahim, Molly Loe and Emma Black will lead the pace bowling of team.
