SRH –
– Sunrisers lost their last game against MI and still in a decent position with 2 wins from 5 games.
– Bhuvaneswar Kumar has been ruled out of the Dream11 IPL 2020. His replacement is still not announced. Left arm Pacer Prithvi Raj who has some good pace can make his debut for SRH.
– Their Likely 4 foreign players will be David Warner, Jonny Bairstow, Kane Williamson and Rashid Khan.
– Jonny Bairstow and David Warner the most explosive opening pair in IPL 2020 will open the innings. Warner has scored 839 runs against KXIP the highest by any player.
– Manish Pandey will bat 1 down. His batting form is very much unpredictable. He can score big in 1 game and be flop in the other.
– Mr Consistent Kane Williamson will bat 2 down. Kane has been consistently performing for SRH with being the leading scorer in 2018 season but looked rusty last few games.
– U19 captain Priyam Garg will follow Williamson. Abhishek Sharma will bat next. Both of them added 77 for the 5th wicket against CSK.
– Big hitting Abdul Samad will bat next. Samad is a very hard hitting batsman capable of scoring 10 ball 30.
– Abhishek Sharma and Rashid Khan will lead the spin attack. Abdul Samad will assist them with his leg spin.
– Sandeep Sharma, T Natarajan and Siddharth Kaul/Khaleel/Prithvi Raj will be leading the pace attack. Natarajan has been bowling brilliantly at the death.
KXIP –
– Kings XI are at the bottom of the table with just 1 win from their 5 games. Except their opening pair no one is performing in the team , their bowling has been their weak link with all going for plenty of runs.
– Chris Gayle is all set to play his 1st game tonight. He will likely replace underperforming Glenn Maxwell.
– Chris Gayle, Nicolas Pooran and Sheldon Cottrell, Chris Jordan/Mujeeb will be their likely 4 foreign players to start.
– Rahul will open with Chris Gayle. Gayle will finally play and open the innings. He is a impact player and has the ability to score big. Rahul has been in excellent form with yet another 50 last game.
– Mayank Agrawal will bat 1 down. He opened in all the games and was excellent with that opening slot but if gayle plays he has to bat 1 down.
– Mandeep Singh will bat 2 down. Mandeep played his 1st game of IPL against CSK and scored a brilliant 27.
– Nicolas Pooran will bat at 3 down. He is a exciting talent and has the ability to clear the fence with ease. He scored quickfire 44 runs of 27 balls last 2nd game and can be promoted any day.
– Sarfaraz will play the role of finisher along with Krishnappa Gowtham. Both are good hitters.
– K Gowtham/Harpreet Brar and Ravi Bishnoi will lead the spin attack.
– Mohammad Shami, Chris Jordan(risky) and Sheldon Cottrell will lead the pace attack. Jordan is a very good death bowler.
