Team News –
South Africa Women –
– South Africa Women won the 1st ODI after a intense last over where De Klerk defended 13 runs. Team will likely go unchanged but can bring back Khaka for Tumi Sekhukhune.

– Laura Wolvaardt and hard hitting Lizelle Lee will open for South Africa. Wolvaardt is the most experienced player in the team and is very consistent however her partner is quite inconsistent and was out on duck last game.

– Captain Sune Luus will likely bat 1 down. She has proved her worth in the team with both bat and bowl. She scored 12 runs but bowled just 1 over in the last game.

– Mignon Du Preez and Nadine De Klerk followed by Marizanne Kapp will hold the middle order. Kapp is coming after a good WBBL and scored 47 with bat however was wicketless with bowl.

– Trisha Chetty will bat next and keep the Wickets. She will most likely not get much chance to bat due to strong top order.

– N Mlaba and Sune Luus will handle spin for South Africa. Mlaba bowled her quota but Luss bowled just 1 over in last game.

– Shabnim Ismail, Ayabonga Khaka/Tumi Sekhukhune and Marizanne Kapp will be leading the pace attack. Nadine De Klerk will assist them.

Pakistan Women –
– Pakistan women lost the 1st ODI by just a minimal margin of 3 runs which was a very close fought game.

– Pakistan team can bring in another spinner by looking at the slowness of the Wicket in the 1st ODI.

– Muneeba Ali/Ayesha Zafar and Nahida Khan will open for Pakistan. Muneeba wasn’t in her best form this Triangular series also was out cheaply. Nahida was highest scorer this Triangular series.

– Javeria Khan will bat 1 down. Javeria is team’s ace player and is one of the leading scorer for Pakistan. She was out cheaply last game but is a important player of team.

– Omaima Sohail and Nida Dar will handle the middle order. Omaima is one of the finest batsman for Pakistan but is going through a very bad patch. Nida Dar will contribute through both bat and bowl.

– Aliya Riaz and Fatima Sana will bat next and can be promoted due to their hitting ability.

– Anam Amin/Sadia Iqbal amd N Sandhu , Nida Dar will bowl spin for Pakistan. Both Dar and Sandhu took 2 Wickets last game.

– Diana Baig, Aliya Riaz and Fatima Sana will handle the pace attack of Pakistan. Aliya Riaz bowled just 1 over last game.
