– South African team lost both the t20s and also the series. They will play this game to avoid the whitewash and will play on their full strength.
– Quinton de Kock will lead the team and open the innings along with Temba Bavuma. Both starts their batting at the 5th gear. Bavuma failed to score again but can be given another chance.
– Reeza Hendricks batted 1 down last game. He is a excellent talent and can bring depth in south African batting.
– Faf Du Plessis will likely bat at 2 down. He was in great form being the leading scorer for CSK this IPL and also scored 58 in 1st game.
– Van der Dussen will bat at 3 down. Dussen is a quality batsman who can bat long as well as attack when needed. He scored 37, 26 in 2 games.
– Henrich Klaassen and George Linde will do the late hitting for South Africa. Linde has been excellent with his bat in both games at the end.
– Tabraiz Shamsi will lead the spin attack. George Linde will assist him. Linde was very good picking two Wickets in 1st game while also smashing some runs at the end. Shamsi took 3 Wickets last game.
– Anrich Nortje, Kagiso Rabada and Lundi Ngidi will lead the pace attack. Ngidi was expensive but picked up 2 Wickets in last game.
ENG –
– Jos Buttler and Jason Roy will open the innings. Both attacks from word go especially Buttler who is coming after a successful Indian Premier League. Roy waa out on duck in 1st game while looked struggling for his 15 of 19 balls in the last game.
– Dawid Malan will bat at 1 down. Malan is #1 in the t20 rankings ahead of Babar Azam. He showed his class scoring a match winning 55 last game.
– Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes will bat in middle order. Both are coming after a successful IPL especially Stokes who scored his 2nd IPL ton. Bairstow smashed a match winning 86 in 1st game while was out on 3 in last game.
– Captain Eoin Morgan will bat next. Morgan is not a player to introduce his hitting abilities are world known, but he’s Batting very low.
– Sam Curran and Moeen Ali( if plays ) will do the allround duties.
– Adil Rashid will be the lone spinner in team. Rashid can be extremely important player this game due to good spin support here.
– Jofra Archer, Chris Jordan, Sam Curran and Ben Stokes will be handling the pace attack. Curran took 3 Wickets in 1st game while was very expensive and bowled just 2 overs in last game.
