– Royals won almost a thriller contest against the Kings last night but felt 4 runs short. Captain Sanju played a brilliant knock of 116 but was unable to win it for the team.
– Team Premium Allrounder Ben Stokes has been ruled out of the entire IPL which is a very big blow for the Royals. Livingston is likely to replace him.
– Teams likely 4 foreign players will be Jos Buttler, Chris Morris, Mustafizur Rahman/Amdrew Tye, Liam Livingston.
– Manan Vohra and Liam Livingston will most likely open the innings. Livingston was striking the ball really hard in the practice game and could get a game ahead of Miller.
– Captain Sanju Samson will bat at 1 down. Sanju looked good at the initial stages of the last season but was not consistent. He scored a brilliant ton last game.
– Jos Buttler and Riyan Parag will bat in middle. Buttler can also open with it looks less likely.

– The Capitals has an extraordinary season last year under the leadership of Shreyas Iyer last season who has been ruled out of the IPL2021 season due to a surgery. Rishab Pant has been assigned the job of leading the team in his absence and he started of with a brilliant win over the Super Kings.
– Anrich Nortje has tested positive for Covid and will not be available for atleast next 3 games.
– Kagiso Rabada has finished his quarantine and started training from yesterday. He has high chances of playing.
– The four probable foreign players will be Shimron Hetmyer, Marcus Stoinis and Chris Woakes, Tom Curran/Kagiso Rabada
– Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan will be opening for Delhi. Shaw after a average season last year showed his talent in the Domestic Season where is averaged staggering 165. Dhawan is in good touch scoring a ton against England recently. Both smashed respective 50s last game.
– Ajinkya Rahane will bat at 1 down. Rahane is known for his consistency and will be an important part of the setup in absence of Iyer.
– Rishab Pant will bat at 2 down followed by Marcus Stoinis at 5. Pant will look to continue his golden patch and will also keep the Wickets.
