– United are the most successful team winning the PSL trophy 2 times. They will be lead by Shadab Khan.
– Phil Salt, Alex Hales, Lewis Gregory and Ali Khan/Fawad Ahmed will be their 4 foreign options.
– Phil Salt and Alex Hales will open. Both attacks from word go. Hales was in excellent form this BBL being the highest scorer of team. Salt is a hit miss candidate.
– Hussain Talat will bat at 1 down. He was called back in the t20 series due to his very good domestic form in 2020.
– Shadan Khan and big hitting Asif Ali will bat in middle order. Shadab becomes a great asset in PSL where he bats in top order and will bowl in full quota.
– Iftikhar Ahmed and Lewis Gregory will be another Allround options for united. Iftikhar can bowl his off spin when needed. Gregory can be promoted to bat due to his hitting abilities.
– Shadab Khan and Zafar Gohar will lead the spin attack of United.

– Multan Sultans have been the weakest team in the PSL history with an average Run rate of 7.9. They will be looking to change Their fortunes with the addition of Chris Lynn to the squad.
– Chris Lynn and Mohammad Rizwan will open the Innings. Both of them are in red hot form Lynn from BBL and Rizwan from the series against South Africa being the highest scorer.
– James Vince will bat at 1 down. Vince is another in form candidate who single handedly won the Sixers BBL with his 2 innings of 98* and 95.
– Shan Masood and Khushdil Shah will bat in middle. Shan opened last season and was very successful but due to addition of Lynn he can bat in middle. Khushdil will the player to watch this season.
– Veteran Shahid Afridi and Carlos Brathwaith will do the allround duties.
– Imran Tahir, Shahid Afridi and Usmam Qadir will lead the spin attack. All 3 are Leggies.
