– Karachi Kings lost their last game against Islamabad and now need to win minimum 2 games of their remaining fixtures to be in the race of playoffs.

 

– Sharjeel Khan and Babar Azam will open the innings. Babar no doubt is world’s best T20 Batsman while his partner Sharjeel is an attacking lad but is very inconsistent, however is looking in great form here being the 2nd Highest scorer of team so far.

 

– Martin Guptill will bat 1 down. Guptill will be very important for the team due to his high experience and attacking nature. He struggled on the UAE Wickets in both the games.

 

– Afghani hitter Najibullah Zadran will bat at 2 down. He is power hitter and smashed a brilliant 71 of 42 balls in last game.

 

– Thisara Perera , Chadwick Walton and Imad Wasim will bat in the middle with Walton Keeping the Wickets.

 

– Imad Wasim and Noor Ahmed(high chances) will contribute through their spin bowling.

 

– Mohammad Amir, Waqas Maqsood and Arshad Iqbal will be the pace attack of Karachi. Thisara Perera will assist them.

 

– Peshawar has always been a successful franchise in the PSL with 3 finals and 1 Trophy and have won 4 of their 8 games played so far and need to win both their games to book their ticket into the playoffs.

 

– Kamran Akmal and Young Haider Ali will open the innings. Kamran has always been a successful t20 batsman. He scored around 300 runs last season but have been in poor form in the starting games. Haider Ali is very talented but not performing according to his ability.

 

– Shoaib Malik will bat at 1 down. Malik showed his experience in last 2nd game where he scored a brilliant 73 in just 48 balls.

 

– David Miller and Rovman Powell will bat in the middle order. Miller no doubt is one of the most aggressive t20 batsman present but is struggling a bit on UAE pitches.

 

– Sherfane Rutherford will do the late hitting. He can change the game within few balls like he did with his 56 in last game.

 

– Fabian Allen will be the spin option assisted by Shoaib Malik. Allen will contribute through bat as well.

 

– Wahab Riaz, Umaid Asif, Mohammad Imran and Mohammad Irfan will lead the pace attack.
