– The Kings XI Punjab changed their name to Punjab Kings this year and will be hoping for fortune change as they won their 1st game. Team can make 1 or 2 changes in the bowling section.

 

 

– KL Rahul and Mayank Agrawal will open the innings for PBKS. Both form a formidable opening pair and attacks from the very first ball. Rahul played another innings of Class scoring 91 in last game.

 

– Christopher Henry Gayle will bat at 1 down. Gayle needs no introduction but he has a weak record against the Super Kings averaging 30.

 

– Nicolas Pooran will bat at 2 down. Pooran is a very aggressive batsman and attack from word go. He will not keep the wickets.

 

– Deepak Hooda and Shahrukh Khan will hold the middle order of team. Shahrukh has emerged himself as a finisher in the domestic circuit and has been assigned same role over here. Deepak was promoted 2 down last game and he smashed a brilliant 64 of just 28 balls last game.
