– Namibia Eagles won the 2nd game as well and are leading tye series 2-0. They have absolutely destructive batsman in their team which was a result they scored 254 on the board last game.
– Ben Scholtz can come in who didn’t played 1st 2 games else no changes are expected in the team. Baard was left out in last game.
– Wicket Keeper Zane Green and Craig Williams will open the innings. Green continued his golden form from last series scoring an unbeaten 81 and 44 runs in 2 games. He will also keep the Wickets. Williams scored brilliant 77 last game but didn’t bowled.
– Gerhard Erasmus will bat at 1 down. Erasmus is one of the most experienced player of team and can contribute both with bat and bowl. Nicol Loftie-Eaton will follow him who is good with both bat and bowl.
– Nicol Loftie-Eaton, Jane Frylink and JJ Smit will handle the middle order. All 3 can hit the ball big especially JJ Smit. Smit can be promoted for hitting.
– Gerhard Erasmus will be crusial with the spin bowling. He took 3 Wickets in 1st game but didn’t bowled in 2nd.
– Jan Frylink , Ben Shikongo and, Loftie-Eaton and Trumpelmann are are very good pacers in the team. Nicol took 3 Wickets while bith Shikongo and Ruben 1 wicket each last game.
Zimbabwe Emerging –
– Zimbabwe team is looking very weak in front of the Namibia team as seen in both the games. Team don’t really have much quality options to choose from in the remaining games.
– Chamu Chibhabha and Kevin Kasuza will be the openers. Chibhabha has huge experience with 2000+ runs and will also contribute through bowl. Kasuza opened last game but was out cheaply on 12.
– Brain Chari will bat at 1 down. Chari has good domestic record with 793 runs. He looked very destructive with his 30 off just 10 balls.
– Kevin Kasuza and Richmond Mutumbami will bat in middle. Kasuza has played Test cricket for Zimbabwe. Mutumbami will keep the Wickets. Kasuza opened last game but failed.
– Nick Welch, Faraz Ahmad and Brain Bennett will bat in middle. All are u-19 players. Bennett has the ability to strike the ball big.
– Brain Bennett, Nyangani and Ainsley Ndlovu will lead the spin attack. Nyangani the Chinnaman bowler took 2 Wickets in last game.
– Faraz Akram, Carl Mumba, Chamu Chibhabha and Chivanga will lead the pace attack. Akram took 1 wicket else all were wicketless.
