– Multan Sultans have been performing very poor  this season with just a win in their 5 games. Their Batting however looks very strong with the addition of Gurbaz and Shimron Hetmyer along with the in form Mohammad Rizwan.

 

– Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Mohammad Rizwan will open the Innings. Rizwan is going through golden patch of form and is also leading scorer in this PSL so far. Gurbaz attacks from word go and can score big runs if gets 10-20 balls to play.

 

–  Shimron Hetmyer will bat at 1 down. Hetmyer is a known hitter of the ball and will look to make most of the limited games he is available to play.

 

– Rilee Russouw, Shoaib Maqsood and Khushdil Shah will bat in middle. Khushdil haven’t got much chance to bat this PSL but is an excellent hitter of ball and can also bowl some spin.

 

– Usman Qadir and Imran Tahir will lead the spin attack. Both of them are leg spinners and will be extremely important in UAE pitches.

 

– Shahnawaz Dhani, Sohail Tanvir and Sohail Khan/Imran Khan will be leading the pace department for Multan.

 

– Karachi Kings are placed 2nd in the points table with 3 wins in 5 games and are a very strong team. They have roped in Martin Guptill and Thisara Perera for their UAE leg.

 

– Sharjeel Khan and Babar Azam will open the innings. Babar no doubt is world’s best T20 Batsman while his partner Sharjeel is an attacking lad but is very inconsistent, however is looking in great form here being the 2nd Highest scorer of team so far.

 

– Martin Guptill will bat 1 down. Guptill will be very important for the team due to his high experience and attacking nature. He is a regular opener but can bat at 1 down here.

 

– Chadwick Walton will bat next and will be the wicket keeper for the team.

 

– Thisara Perera, Danish Aziz and Imad Wasim will bat in middle and all three can contribute through both bat and bowl.

 

– Imad Wasim and Noor Ahmed the Renegades pair will contribute through their spin bowling.

 

– Mohammad Amir, Waqas Maqsood/Abbas Afridi and Arshad Iqbal will be the pace attack of Karachi. Thisara Perera will assist them.
