– Peshawar has always been a successful franchise in the PSL with 3 finals and 1 Trophy and have won 3 of their 5 games played so far.
– Peshawar will miss the services of Mohammad Nabi and Mujeeb and also their highest run scorer this PSL Tom Kohler-Cadmore. Fidel Edwards will most likely make his PSL debut this game.
– Kamran Akmal and Imam Ul Haq will open the innings. Kamran has always been a successful t20 batsman. He scored around 300 runs last season but have been in poor form in the starting games.
– Young Haider Ali will bat 1 down followed by experienced Shoaib Malik at 4. Malik can also contribute through ball. Hailder Ali is highly talented Cricketer and is rated very highly in Pakistan cricket.
– Sherfane Rutherford will do the late hitting. He can change the game within few balls like he did with his 45 of 32 balls in the last game of Pakistan leg.
– Fabian Allen will be the spin option assisted by Shoaib Malik. Allen will contribute through bat as well.
– Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Imran and Fidel Edwards will lead the pace attack.

– Lahore the runner ups of last season started their UAE leg with a win over the 2 times Champions Islamabad United. They are currently at the top of the table with 4 wins.
– Team will miss the services of their Premium Allrounders Samit Patel and David Wiese. Joe Denly who played in 1st 4 games in the Pakistan leg is also not in the squad.
– Fakhar Zaman and Sohail Akhtar will open for Lahore. Fakhar had a excellent last season with 300+ runs, Sohail after a poor run in Pakistan leg scored a 40 in 1st game of UAE leg yesterday.
– Mohammad Faizan batted 1 down last game. He has a decent record in domestic Cricket but don’t think is capable in the big stage. He scored 9 off 12 balls last game.
– Mohammad Hafeez will bat at 2 down followed by big hitting Ben Dunk at 5. Hafeez is always a evergreen customer, Dunk was Batting at an SR of 167 last season.
Hafeez has scored 210 runs runs in 5 games so far.
– Tim David and James Faulkner will be the finishers for the team.
– Rashid Khan will lead the spin attack and will be assisted by Mohammad Hafeez.
– Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Ahmed Daniyal and James Faulkner will lead the pace attack of team. Faulkner destroyed the opposition with his 3 Wickets in the powerplay last game.
