– United are the most successful team winning the PSL trophy 2 times and also are placed good in the points table with 4 wins from 6 games. They chased down 137 without loosing a Wicket in last game.
– Colin Munro and Usman Khawaja will open the innings. Munro attacks from word go and showed the same last game where he smashed 90 of just 36 balls along with Khawaja who scored 41.
– Rohail Nazir will bat at 1 down. Nazir is a very talented young player and got full opportunity last game but was out cheaply on 8 in last 2nd game.
– Shadab Khan and big hitting Asif Ali will bat in middle order. Shadab becomes a great asset in PSL where he bats at 2 down and will bowl in full quota. Shadab has been completely out of form this PSL with both bat and bowl and also failed with bat last game.
– Iftikhar Ahmed and Hussain Talat will bat next and both can contribute through bowl. Iftikhar can bowl his off spin when needed.
– Shadab Khan and Fawad Ahmed(if plays) will lead the spin attack of United. Shadab has taken just 4 Wickets in 6 games still now this PSL.
– Hasan Ali, Mohammad Musa and M Wasim will lead the pace attack of team.
LAH –
– Lahore has been the best team so far this PSL winning 5 out of their 6 games and are favorates to win this game as well.
– Fakhar Zaman and Sohail Akhtar will open for Lahore. Fakhar had a excellent last season with 300+ runs, Sohail after a poor run in Pakistan leg scored a 40 in 1st game of UAE leg. Fakhar failed in both games this psl leg so far.
– Mohammad Faizan/Zeeshan Ashraf will bat at 1 down. Faizan failed badly in both the game and can be replaced by Zeeshan Ashraf this game.
– Mohammad Hafeez will bat at 2 down followed by big hitting Ben Dunk at 5. Hafeez is always a evergreen customer, Dunk was Batting at an SR of 167 last season.
Hafeez has scored 212 runs runs in 6 games so far.
– Tim David and James Faulkner will be the finishers for the team. David proved his worth scoring attacking 64 of 36 last game.
– Rashid Khan will lead the spin attack and will be assisted by Mohammad Hafeez. Rashid was exceptional last game picking up 5 Wickets.
– Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Ahmed Daniyal and James Faulkner will lead the pace attack of team. Faulkner has been destroying the opposition with his 5 Wickets in the powerplay last 2 games.
