– Team India won the ODI series with a game to spare thanks to some brilliant allround performance by Deepak chahar and attacking Batting by Surya.
– Hardik Pandya was holding his leg in last game and team can be rested while according to some sources Devdutt Padikkal/Ruturaj Gaikwad can replace Prithvi Shaw in the opening position.
– Dhawan will open along with Prithvi Shaw/Devdutt Padikkal in this game. Both the delhi openers Dhawan and Shaw were brilliant in 1st game with 89* and 43, whule both failed in the 2nd game.
– Ishan Kishan/Sanju Samson will bat at 1 down. Kishan was excellent on his debut 1st game with 59 runs. He will look to continue his good form in this series. Samson if plays will be a crusial pick in middle order.
– Manish Pandey and Surya Kumar Yadav will bat in middle. Pandey is a default pick due to his experience. Surya batted at 3 down last game and played a excellent knock of 51 while chasing.
– Pandya brothers will be the next in lineups and will be important with both bat and bowl. Hardik is however risky this game.
– Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav and Krunal will be the spin options in the lineup. Chahal has been brilliant in both the game picking a total of 5 Wickets.
– Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar and Hardik Pandya/Navdeep Saini will lead the pace attack.
SL –
– Sri Lanka lost the ODI Series but did a very good fightback in the 2nd ODI after loosing the 1st. Team can bring in Akila as he has a very good record against India and Wickets are also favoring spin.
– Kasun Rajitha is injured and will most likely not play the 3rd ODI.
– Avishka Fernando and Minod Bhanuka will be the openers. Both are very talented cricketers and were looking good with 50 opening partnership. Bhanuka will also keep the Wickets. Avishka has been leading scorer for the team this series followed by Minod Bhanuka.
– Dhananjaya de Silva and Charita Asalanka will bat in middle with Captain Shanaka to follow. Asalanka showed his talent with a brilliant knock of 65 when his all teammates were not able to score.
– Wanindu Hasaranga will bat next. Hasaranga has emerged as an proper Allrounder in the last year and half and was brilliant with ball picking 3 Wickets last game.
– Lakshan Sandakan, Wanindu Hasaranga and Dhananjaya de Silva will be the spin options of team. Akila Dhananjaya can join them if plays.
– Chamika Karunaratne, Dushmantha Chameera and Isuru Udana/Lahiru Kumara will lead the pace attack.
