– Central Punjab started their National T20 2020 with a win by 7 Wickets against Southern Punjab. Young Abdullah Shafiq scored his maiden century in just 58 balls to win it for central Punjab.
– Still no news of availability of Babar Azam is encountered. He will surely play and open if available.
– Kamran Akmal and Big hitting Rizwan Hussain will open the innings. Kamral who is richly experienced scored 75 while young Rizwan was out on duck.
– Test Opener Abid Ali will bat at 1 down. He has scored loads of runs in domestic cricket for pak. He was also out on 1st ball but is a good Batsman to rely on.
– Abdullah Shafiq will bat 2 down. He started his domestic t20 season with a bang scoring his maiden t20 ton in just 58 balls. Captain Saad Nasim will accompany him.
– Qasim Akram and Bilal Asif will do the late hitting for team along with captain Saad Nasim.
– Bilal Asif, Usman Qadir and both Qasim Akram and Saad Nasim will be handling the spin attack.
– Nassem Shah and Sohaibullah will lead the pace attack. Naseem is a pace spearhead bowling with 145+ ks.

– Sindh lost their opening game against Balochistan by 2 runs. Chasing a target of 181 they had a poor start with quick Wickets but Sohail Khan’s 31 off 16 balls almost won it for the sindh team.
– Khurram Manzoor and Hard hitting Sharjeel Khan will open for Sindh. Both are very attacking batsman and will attack from go. Manzoor looked rusty last game with his 17 ball 14 knock.
– Saud Shakeel will bat 1 down. He recently scored 151 and took 3 Wickets against Balochistan in a FC game. Good batsman who can also bowl
– Sarfaraz Khan will bat 2 down. He has a excellent domestic record and was looking to score quick runs in PSL where his SR was around 140.
– Consistent Asad Shafiq will bat 3 down. He has scored 2000+ runs in t20 cricket having an average National T20 last season. Shafiq scored 32 last game.
– Anwar Ali will be handled the job for late hitting. He has a strike rate of 170 in t20s and can be promoted.
– Mohammad Asghar will be leading the spin section. Young u19 spinner Hassan Khan will be assisting Asghar.
– Anwar Ali, Sohail Khan, Mohammad Hasnain and R Raees(if plays) will be the one handling pace attack. Hasnain took 2 while other 2 shared 1 wicket each last game.
