– The Stars lost their last game against the scorchers and now makes this game a do or die game for them. The Stars need to win this last league stage game with a bonus point to qualify for the qualifiers.
– Seb Gotch will open the innings for the stars along with Marcus Stoinis. Stoinis bowled in last game but was out cheaply on 14. Gotch will keep the Wickets.
– Nick Larkin will bat at 1 down. Larkin made most of his little opportunities he hot this season. He scored 44 ball 70 runs last game.
– Glenn Maxwell will bat at 2 down followed by Nic Maddinson. Maxwell is also bowling good number of overs.
– Hilton Cartwright will bat next. Cartwright has been brilliant so far contributing with both bat and bowl but haven’t converted his scores into a big one.
– Adam Zampa, Zahir Khan and Glenn Maxwell will lead the spin attack for the Stars. Both Shared 1w each last game.
– Billy Stanlake, Nathan Coulter Nile and Marcus Stoinis will handle the pace attack.

– The defending champions are placed 2nd in the points table but a win here will take them to the top.
– Josh Philippe and James Vince will open for sixers. Phillips as like last season is highest scorer this season as well. Vince can open this game due to arrival of Henriques who will bat in middle.
– Moises Henriques will bat 1 down. He is one of the highest scorers in BBL history with 1700+ runs. He scored 43(25b) last game.
– Daniel Hughes and Jordan Silk will bat at 2 and 3 down respectively. Both have played over 50 games for the franchise and are very experienced. Silk has been batting brilliant in every game he gets to bat.
– Daniel Christian and Carlos Brathwaith will handle the allround duties. Brathwaith has been really good this BBL with Wicket in very game.
– Steve O Keefe/Ben Maneti will lead the spin attack.
– Ben Dwarshius, Sean Abbott, Dan Christian, and Carlos Brathwaith will be the pace attack for Sixers with Dwarshius and Abbott bowling in the death.
