– Tom Curran and Steve O’Keefe will not play this game as they are not available for selection. Sean Abbott is added to the squad and will play the game.
– Josh Phillippe and James Vince will open the Innings. Both were among the top 3 leading runs scorers last season. Phillippe has done nothing wrong yet and is the leading scorer of the season
– Moises Henriques will bat at 1 down. He is one of the most experienced guy in the team and is in very good form and has already scored 204 runs in 4 games.
– Jordan Silk and Daniel Hughes will handle the middle order with Christian and Abbott to follow.
– Lyodd Pope will lead the spin section as Steve O’Keefe is not available for selection.

– Adelaide Strikers have named a 16-player squad for their encounter against Sixers which has Matt Renshaw in it. They have also included pacer Spencer Johnson in the extended squad.
– Jake Weatherald and Matthew Short will open for the Strikers. Weatherald had a stellar last season where he scored 400+ runs. Short is a attacking lad and smashed a 47 ball 63 last game.
– Harry Nielsen will keep the Wickets and bat at 1 down. Haven’t got much chance to showcase his skills, scored 9 of 12 balls.
– Jono Wells and Matt Renshaw will handle the middle order. Wells is an attacking and very consistent batsman, Renshaw is back and will be important with both bat and bowl.
– Rashid Khan and Fawad Ahmed will lead the spin attack. Matthew short and Matt Renshaw can bowl a few overs if needed.
– Peter Siddle, Wes Agar and Daniel Worrall will lead the pace attack of team.
