– Hurricanes won their last game which was against Sydney Sixers by 44 runs. Batting first the dynamic duo of D’Arcy Short and Matthew wade smashed a 111 run opening partnership and went on to score massive 213 runs which was never easy for the sixers to chase.
 
– Ben McDermott is back for hurricanes along with Pacer Scott Boland, English Batsman Harry Brook is also added in the 16 member squad.
 
– Matthew Wade and D’Arcy Short will open the innings. Both are one of the best opening pair in BBL and attacks from word go. Both contributed for a brilliant 111 run opening partnership in last game.
 
– Ben McDermott is back and will bat at 1 down. Caleb Jewell or Peter Handscomb will follow McDermott. Caleb Jewell has been playing pretty good cricket and can keep his place. 
 
– Hard hitting Tim David will bat in middle with English Allrounders Harry Brook and Jordan Thompson to follow. All 3 are very aggressive hitters and can be promoted if needed.
 
– Sandeep Lammichhane  will lead the spin attack. He has been wicketless last game but was economical.
 
– Nathan Ellis, Joel Paris, Thomas Rogers/Scott Boland and Jordan Thompson will lead the pace attack of team.
 
SCO –
– The Scorchers are looking extremely strong after the return of their star players Mitchell Marsh, Josh Inglis and Pacer Tymal Mills. All 3 will play this game.
 
– Mitch Marsh and Josh Inglis are unavailable for selection, both flown to Brisbane for Australia A’s Test versus England Lions. They are likely to be available by 14th December.
 
– Munro will open along with Josh Inglis with Mitchell Marsh at 3. Munro was leading run scorer for Perth last season and smashed a brilliant century last game. 
 
– Inglis was also one if the top scorers for Perth last season. Marsh will contribute through both bat and bowl.
 
– Cameron Bancroft and Laurie Evans will bat at middle followed by Skipper Ashton Turner. Evans is quite experienced of a cricketer when it comes to t20s, Turner is an important player in the middle and get’s promoted a lot due to his hitting ability.
 
– Ashton Agar and Peter Hatzoglou will lead the spin attack. Both are quality spinner, Hatzoglou’s left arm wrist spin took everyone with surprise last season. Both shared a wicket each last game.
 
– Andrew Tye, Jason Behrendorff, Matthew Kelly and Tymal Mills along with Mitchell Marsh will lead the pace bowling of team.
