Pakistan –
Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam (c), Haider Ali, Mohammad Hafeez, Sarfaraz Ahmed/Asif Ali, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Nawaz, Hasan Ali, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Usman Qadir
Small League Combination 1 –
1. Mohammad Rizwan
2. Babar Azam(C)
3. Rassie Van Der Dussen(VC)
4. Haider Ali
5. Janneman Malan
6. Mohammad Hafeez
7. Dwaine Pretorius
8. Andile Phehlukwayo
9. Lutho Sipamla
10. Haris Rauf
11. Shaheen Afridi
– Babar and R van Dussen looks safest C VC choices considering their recent top form with the bat and averages of 33 & 28 in H2H matches respectively.
– Taking punt on Janneman Malan as he has averaged 52 & 22 at venue and H2H respectively in more than 5 games.
– Haider Ali might be another good punt especially while batting first.
– Pretorius and Phehlukwayo might give good fantasy points in D11 as they’re expected to bat at 4-5 down & each bowl a couple of overs too.
– Going heavy on pacers considering the pace favoured surface at the Wanderers.
– Sipamla might be a good punt especially while bowling first as he can get to bowl in death overs.
Small League Combination 2 –
1. Mohammad Rizwan(VC)
2. Kyle Verreynne
3. Babar Azam
4. Rassie Van Der Dussen
5. Haider Ali
6. Mohammad Hafeez
7. Dwaine Pretorius
8. Andile Phehlukwayo(C)
9. Beuran Hendricks
10. Hasan Ali
11. Shaheen Afridi
– Phehlukwayo might be a good punt captain considering his middle order batting and at least 2-3 overs with the bowl.
– Rizwan will be another safe VC as he has been pretty much consistent by scoring 40-50+ runs in this format from the last couple of series.
– Kyle Verreynne might be a decent credit saver punt as he can score decent runs especially while batting first during the PPs.
– Expecting a couple of wickets from Hendricks as he has taken wickets at a strike rate of just 14 & 8 at venue and H2H matches respectively.
– Hasan Ali is expected to bowl in death overs & can score some quick runs at down the order.
Grand League Combination –
1. Heinrich Klaasen
2. Babar Azam
3. Asif Ali
4. Aiden Markram
5. Andile Phehlukwayo
6. Dwaine Pretorius(C)
7. Mohammed Nawaz
8. Faheem Ashraf(VC)
9. Hasan Ali
10. Beuran Hendricks
11. Shaheen Afridi
– Pretorius & Faheem might be good C VC picks as they can score decent runs at down the order if top order departs early and can take wickets in their spell with the bowl.
– Expecting at least decent knocks from both Klaasen & Markram as they failed to play one during the ODI series.
– Asif Ali might be a good GL pick especially if 1-2 top order batters from Pakistan didn’t do well.
– Nawaz can give decent fantasy points by scoring runs at down the order & bowling a couple of overs.
