– Pakistan will be without Fakhar Zaman and Wahab Riaz, who are dropped for this series. There is no Mohammad Hafeez, Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim either.
– Hasan Ali, who last played a white-ball game in the 2019 World Cup, should get a game after his excellent test series.
– Shaheen Afridi can be rested for this game to manage his workload.
– Babar Azam and Haider Ali will open foe Pakistan. Babar is world’s no 1 t20 Cricket while Haider is also an extraordinary talent. Mohammad Rizwan can also open with Babar shifting Haider Ali to no 3.
– Hussain Talat will bat at 1 down. Talat is back in the squad after his brilliant performance with both bat and bowl in National T20.
– Mohammad Rizwan and Khushdil Shah will bat in middle. Rizwan is in form of his life. He was leading run getter in NZ and also scored a century against South Africa this series in test.
– Mohammad Nawaz and Faheem Ashraf will be the Allrounders for Pakistan.
– Nawaz and Usman Qadir will lead the spin attack.
– Haris Rauf, Mohammad Hasnain and Hasan Ali/Shaheen Afridi can be the pacers for Pakistan.
SA –
– South Africa have sent their 2nd XI team for the t20 Series which doesn’t feature QdK, Faf Du Plessis and Kagiso Rabada.
– Henrich Klaassen will lead the team for this series.
– Young Janneman Malan and Reeza Hendricks will open for South Africa. Both have a lot of talent and always perform in the domestic games.
– Experienced JJ Smuts will bat next who has an experience of over 140 t20 matches.
– David Miller will bat at 2 down. Miller is not someone to introduce but have played very less Cricket last year.
– Captain Henrich Klaassen will bat at 3 down and will also keep the Wickets. Klassen is back after a Covid Recovery. He scored just 27 runs against England last series.
– Dwaine Pretorius and Andile Phehlukwayo will be contributing through both bat and bowl.
– George Linde and Tabraiz Shamsi will lead the spin section. Linde can also contribute through bat.
– Junior Dala, Lutho Sipamla, Andile Phehlukwayo and Dwaine Pretorius will be leading the pace attack.
